Welcome to Scents Qila! By accessing or using our website (www.scentsqila.pk), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using any of our services.
1. General Conditions
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
2. Products and Orders
- Our products include impression-based perfumes inspired by popular designer scents. We do not claim any affiliation with or endorsement by the original brands.
- All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock unavailability.
- Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
3. Payment
- We accept payments via COD (Cash on Delivery) and Bank Transfer.
- All transactions are processed securely.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer nationwide delivery in Pakistan through third-party courier services.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4-5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
- Scents Qila is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.
5. Returns & Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with our product, feel free to return or exchange it.
- If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
- In case of exchange or return, customer will pay the extra delivery charges applied.
- For orders above Rs. 5000, we do not offer a refund but an exchange.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, product names, descriptions, and images, is the property of Scents Qila and may not be copied or used without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure accurate information and quality service, but we are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our site or products.
